- The equity shares of the Company, during the current quarter, have been sub-divided from existing face value of Rs 10/- per equity shares to face value of Re. 1/- per equity share based on approval by the shareholders in its 29[th] Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, basic and diluted earnings per equity share have been computed for all the periods presented in the above results on the basis of new number of equity shares
