In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that ESG Risk Assessments & Insights Limited has reviewed the ESG Performance of the Company, based on publicly available information it has updated the ESG score of the Company to “63” reflecting an upward revision of 2 points from the earlier ESG score of “61” assigned, with the rating category as “Strong”, indicating a consistent ESG performance.

We further inform that the Company has not engaged ESG Risk Assessments & Insights Limited for ESG Rating and it has independently assigned the rating based on the publicly available data.

The said information was received by the Company on March 26, 2026 at 17:10 (IST).

The delay in filing occurred as the ESG rating was voluntarily published by the rating provider without prior intimation to the Company, and the Company became aware of the same only through a Stock Exchange alert.
