In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that NSE Sustainability Ratings and Analytics Limited (NSE Sustainability) has reviewed the ESG Performance of the Company, based on publicly available information it has assigned an ESG rating of “64” for the year 2025, against similar ESG score of “64” assigned for year 2024, with the rating category as “Adequate”, indicating a consistent ESG performance.

We further inform that the Company has not engaged NSE Sustainability Ratings and Analytics Limited for ESG Rating and it has independently assigned the rating based on the publicly available data.

The said information was received by the Company on April 02, 2026 at 20:52 (IST).
