Dear Sir/Madam,

In terms of the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations and in continuation to our intimation dated January 06, 2026 regarding approval of the Board of Directors for the acquisition of MYTRIDENT.COM LIMITED, an unlisted Public Limited Company as Domestic Wholly Owned Subsidiary (DWOS) of Trident Limited (‘Company’). We hereby inform and update that the equity shares of MYTRIDENT.COM LIMITED have been duly transferred to the Company on January 08, 2026 and Pursuant to the said transfer, MYTRIDENT.COM LIMITED has become Domestic Wholly Owned Subsidiary (DWOS) of the Company with effect from January 08, 2026.

The detailed Disclosure as required under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 (as amended) has already been made by the company vide its earlier intimation dated January 06, 2026.
