Sub.: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [“SEBI (LODR) Regulations”]
Dear Sir/Madam,
In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Trident Limited has decided & approved to disinvest the entire share holdings held in Trident Home Textiles Limited (“THTL”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, to Lotus Hometextiles Limited. An agreement for sale of equity shares has been executed on June 17, 2025 and the consideration has been received accordingly. The shares shall be transferred according to the said agreement in due course. Consequently, THTL ceased as the subsidiary of Trident Limited w.e.f June 17, 2025.
THTL was not material subsidiary of the Listed Entity.
The details as required under Clause 1 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 (as amended) are provided in Annexure A.
