In terms of the Regulation 30 read with schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our intimation dated September 02, 2025 regarding approval of the Board of Directors for investment in the equity shares of Trident Global Corp Limited upto INR 250 crore, we hereby inform and update that the Company has infused an amount of INR 249,99,99,936 and has been allotted 2,23,21,428 equity shares of Trident Global Corp Limited aggregating to 30.42% of the Equity Share Capital of Trident Global Corp Limited on September 09, 2025.

The detailed Disclosure as required under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 (as amended) has been made by the company vide its earlier intimation dated September 02, 2025.
