Sub: Intimation under the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

This is with reference to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations.

In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has granted 21,51,397 Equity Shares to those employees who have successfully applied under the “Trident Limited Employee Stock Purchase Scheme – 2020”.

Further, details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are as follows:

12.	Brief details of significant terms	The Scheme is administered by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. The offer of Shares is being made to all the permanent active employees (across all cadres) of the Company and its Wholly Owned Subsidiaries, namely Trident Global Corp Limited and Trident Europe Limited as on July 31, 2021. The shares are being offered to the employees at the Purchase Price of Rs 7.50/- per share, being the Cost of Acquisition from the Secondary market by the Trident Limited Employees Welfare Trust. The offered Shares has been exercised within 30 days from the Date of the Offer i.e July 31, 2021. The Offered Shares shall be subject to lock-in of 1 year from the date of grant/transfer to the Employees.
