In terms of the Regula�on 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons and Disclosures Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board in its mee�ng held today i.e. October 21, 2021 (from 5:30 PM to 7:15 PM), considered and approved the following:

1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2021.

2. The Board of Directors had declared the 1[st] Interim Dividend of 36% (INR 0.36/- per fully paid up Equity Share of Re. 1/- each) for the financial year 2021-22. The said Interim dividend will be credited/ dispatched to the shareholders by November 19, 2021 i.e within 30 days from the date of declara�on.
