In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that pursuant to recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the re-appointment of Ms. Usha Sangwan (DIN: 02609263), as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for the second term of 2 years, i.e. from May 15, 2026 to May 14, 2028, subject to approval of the shareholders.
The detail(s) as required under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 (as amended) is provided as Annexure.
