Sub: Intimation under the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. April 6, 2020, have approved the following:

- Resignation of Mr Amandeep (DIN:00226905), as Director, Managing Director & KMP of the Company, with an immediate effect, on account of personal reasons.

- Appointment of Ms Pooja Luthra (DIN:03413062) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) of the Company with an immediate effect. It is hereby confirmed that she is not debarred from holding office in the capacity of the director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority.

- Change in the designation of Mr Deepak Nanda (DIN:00403335) from Whole-time Director to Managing Director & KMP of the Company.
The requisite information pursuant to SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, for the above-mentioned changes in Directors composition, is annexed as Annexure-I.

Ms Pooja Luthra is a senior practice and leadership expert based out of Gallup's India offices. Using principles of behavioral economics, she tailors and delivers Gallup solutions for leadership alignment and goal-building, talent development across cultures, employee and customer engagement, and organic growth consulting. She has a double master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Chicago and International Business from Delhi University.
