The following is a Company Announcement issued by Trident Estates plc (the "Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rule 5.13.

Notice is given that in line with the commitment undertaken by the Company in the Prospectus dated 18th December 2017, the three major shareholders of the Company have collectively disposed of a number of their shares in order to secure full compliance with the 25% free float requirement in terms of Listing Rule 3.26.
