Following the Company Announcement issued yesterday with Reference Number TRI06, the Company announces that the effective date of the redemption in shareholding notified by Farrugia Investments Limited (Company Registration Number: C 25921) resulting in the decrease from 26.50% to 24.79% in voting rights attached to shares in the Company following the reduction in its holding of ordinary shares in the Company from 7,948,862 to 7,436,414, was 27 April 2018.
The Company also announces that the effective date of the redemption in shareholding notified by Sciclunas Estates Limited (Company Registration Number: C 1988) resulting in the decrease from 26.32% to 24.89% in voting rights attached to shares in the Company following the reduction in its holding of ordinary shares in the Company from 7,896,164 to 7,466,778, was 27 April 2018.
