Date of Annual General Meeting and Deadline for Director Nominations

Tribune Resources Limited ( ASX: TBR ) ( Tribune or the Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at 9.00am on Friday, 26 November 2021.

The AGM will be held at The Plaza Hotel, 45 Egan Street, Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. On the day of the AGM, the Company will follow the measures in place as set by the Australian and West Australian governments for the restriction of gatherings and the implementation of social distancing requirements in response to COVID-19.
In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations to the Company from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 8 October 2021.
