Triboo: appointed the new Chief Financial Officer

Dr. Matteo Cornelli has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Manager Responsible for the preparation of company's financial reports and Investor Relator

Milan, 18 February 2020

Triboo, Group operating in the digital sector, listed on the MTA market, has appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Matteo Cornelli. The appointment will be effective starting from March 19th 2020.

In order to ensure a proper transition, the previous Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Giovanni Marino - who is leaving for a new professional experience and whom the Board of Directors would like to thank for his contribution - will retain his duties and responsibilities until March 18th 2020, when the Board of Directors will approve the draft Financial statements and the consolidated Financial statements as of December 31st 2019.

During today's meeting, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment, with effective date March 19th 2020, of Matteo Cornelli as Manager Responsible for the preparation of company's financial reports pursuant to Article 154-bis of the TUF, after having received a positive feedback from the Board of Auditors. From the same date, Dr. Cornelli will also assume the role of Investor Relator.

Dr. Cornelli, 40 years old, graduated in Economics, has worked for 13 years for Ernst & Young in Italy and the USA, holding managerial positions of increasing responsibility.

"Matteo Cornelli, besides being a valid professional, has gained a deep experience in the Digital world and fully understands the nature of the Group" - comments Riccardo Maria Monti, CEO of the Group - "The appointment is in line with the objective of ensuring an acceleration of the corporate reorganization process and implementing the Business Plan 2020- 2022 recently presented".

Please note that, in addition to the statutory fees, no additional compensation will be paid to Dr. Marino. As of today, based on the information available, Dr. Marino does not hold any shares of Triboo S.p.A.
