UNDIRECTED PROXIES
Triangle Energy (Global) Limited (the Company ) refers to the Proxy Forms in respect of the general meeting to be convened on 4 December 2015 (the Meeting ) which were enclosed with the original Notice of Meeting sent to shareholders on 8 October 2015 and the Addendum to the Notice of Meeting dated 20 November 2015 (which will be posted to shareholders as soon as possible).
In accordance with the ASX Listing Rules and the terms of the Proxy Forms, the Company advises all shareholders that:
The Chairperson of the Meeting intends to vote all undirected proxies AGAINST Resolution 1 at the Meeting .
In exceptional circumstances, the Chairperson of the Meeting may change his/her voting intention on Resolution 1, in which case a further ASX announcement will be made.
The Proxy Form enclosed with the original Notice of Meeting dated 8 October 2015 stated that the Chairperson of the Meeting intended to vote undirected proxies in favour of Resolution 1 at the Meeting. The reasons for the change of the Chairperson’s intention to now vote all undirected proxies against Resolution 1 are set out in the Addendum to the Notice of Meeting dated 20 November 2015.
Shareholders are advised that, if they have already submitted a Proxy Form and wish to change their vote, they may do so by completing and returning to the Company the Proxy Form enclosed with the Addendum to the Notice of Meeting dated 20 November 2015 (which will be posted to shareholders as soon as possible).
