Capital Raising

Triangle Energy (Global) Limited ( Triangle or Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of DJ Carmichael Pty Ltd as Lead Manager for a capital raising to sophisticated investors pursuant to Section 708 of the Corporations Act (2001).

The Company proposes to undertake a Placement of approximately 16.398 million fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) at $0.09 per Share to raise circa $1,475,000.

Placement Shares will be issued under the Company’s remaining capacity pursuant to ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A (approximately 1.715 million shares under LR7.1 and 14.682 million shares under LR7.1A)

Funds raised will be used to fund the Company’s exploration and drill programs, and for general working capital purposes.

The Placement will be finalised within the few days and the Company will update the market at the appropriate time.

Note: This announcement lift’s the Company’s Trading Halt.
