Board Appointment

The Board of Triangle Energy (Global) Limited (Triangle, the Company) ( ASX :TEG) is very pleased to announce that Ms Deanna Carpenter has joined the Board as Non – Executive Director, effective immediately.

Ms Carpenter has over 10 years' experience as a lawyer with a focus on equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, as well as extensive experience in governance, risk management and corporate compliance. Deanna is a partner in the corporate and commercial practice of national firm HWL Ebsworth and has been involved with the Company since 2017.

Non – Executive Chairman Mr Timothy Monckton, welcomed Ms Carpenter to the Board.
