Triangle Energy Board Changes
28 June 2012: Triangle Energy (Global) Limited (Triangle Energy) (ASX: TEG) announces the resignation of Mr Alastair Morrison as a director of the company.
The Company further announces the appointment of Mr Darren Bromley as Company Secretary, replacing Mrs Rae Clark. Mr Darren Bromley has been Chief Financial Officer for Triangle Energy since April 2010 and has experience as a Company Secretary with other companies including Allied Healthcare Group Limited and QRSciences Holdings Limited.
