Resignation of non-executive Director

5 October 2011. Triangle Energy (Global) Limited (Triangle Energy) (ASX: TEG) announces that Mr Adam Sierakowski has resigned as a Director of the Company.

Adam joined the Board of the Company in October 2009 and assisted with the acquisition of Triangle Energy Limited and its subsidiary Triangle Pase Inc in November 2009.

Adam has resigned from the Company in order to pursue new opportunities in the Resources Sector. The Board thanks him for his service to the Company and wishes him well in future endeavours.

About Triangle Energy:

Triangle Energy is a gas production and exploration company based in Perth. Its whollyowned subsidiary, TPI, is based in Jakarta and is the 100% holder and operator of the Pase PSC which covers an area of 922km[2] in Aceh Province, North Sumatra, Indonesia.

Triangle Energy has three producing wells. The majority of the gas produced is sold at premium LNG prices. Triangle Energy is continuing to review further acquisition opportunities in the area.
