Director/PDMR Shareholding

Triad Group Plc, the UK-based IT consulting, solutions and resourcing company, was notified on 6 July 2018 that Nick Burrows, Finance Director, has exercised 5,000 options over Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), granted pursuant to the Company's 2008 Share Option Scheme, at an exercise price of 14 pence per Ordinary share. In addition, other employees exercised 25,000 options over Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 14 pence per Ordinary share and 20,000 options over Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 11p per Ordinary share.

These 50,000 Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on 10 July 2018 pursuant to an existing block listing granted to the Company by London Stock Exchange plc and will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.

Following the issue of these Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in Triad is 15,765,979, which number should be used by shareholders and other parties subject to disclosure obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the share capital of Triad under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
