a. Cessation of Mr. Kumar Vivek as Head- Manufacturing effective April 14, 2026

Mr. Kumar Vivek, Head – Manufacturing, will cease to be associated with the Company effective April 14, 2026 (close of business hours).

b. Appointment of Mr. Ravi Rao Manda as HeadManufacturing effective April 15, 2026

Mr. Ravi Rao Manda, will be appointed as Head - Manufacturing of the Company effective April 15, 2026.

The details as required in terms of the Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026, dated January 30, 2026, issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India are enclosed herewith as Annexure A .
