European Commission approves the sale of Trelleborg Wheel Systems
Yokohama Rubber Company has received unconditional clearance from the European Commission to acquire Trelleborg's business area Trelleborg Wheel Systems.
Customary competition law reviews are currently undergoing by the British Competition and Markets Authority. A decision from it is expected shortly. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2023, by previous communications.
