Ulf Berghult new CFO of the Trelleborg Group

Ulf Berghult has been appointed new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Trelleborg Group and will assume the position during the second quarter of 2012. He replaces Carolina Dybeck Happe who will join Assa Abloy as CFO in the spring.

Ulf Berghult most recently served as CFO of Dometic Group, a manufacturer and supplier of products for the caravan, motorhome, automotive, truck and boating industries. Ulf has previously worked as CFO of the Thule Group and Rolls Royce Marine Systems, among other companies. Between 1987 and 1995, he was employed as controller within the Trelleborg Group.

"With Ulf, we get a CFO with nearly 25 years of experience of controlling and finance from the industrial sector. "Ulf has comprehensive experience of mergers and acquisitions in addition to change management and financial control in international business environment.
