RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the Company wishes to advise that 6,666,667 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 13 January 2021. These shares were issued as part of the acquisition of ACME Pilbara Pty Ltd (Refer ASX Release 14 August 2020).
