11 October 2022 ASX/MEDIA RELEASE Scheme Booklet - Edge Minerals Limited

Trek Metals Limited (ASX: TKM) ( Trek or the Company ) wishes to advise that due to an administrative oversight, there was a minor omission from the Scheme Booklet released to the ASX on 20 September 2022 and dispatched to shareholders in Edge Minerals Limited (ACN 126 632 899) ( Edge ) ( Scheme Booklet ). The omission related to an immaterial holding of 1,282 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of Edge ( Edge Shares ) held by Trek Director Valerie Hodgins via her directorship of Indorita Pty Ltd as trustee for the Caspersz-Hodgins Superannuation Fund.

In the Scheme Booklet, Ms Hodgins’ interest in Edge Shares was stated as being nil. However, having recently been made aware of the omission, Trek now wishes to advise that the Trek Directors’ holdings disclosed in Section 13.12 of the Scheme Booklet should be as follows :

1. 362,783 Edge Shares held by Kalonda Pty Ltd , 38,461 Edge Shares held by Kalonda Pty Ltd and 64,102 Edge Shares held by Floreat Investments Pty Ltd. 2. 56,410 Edge Shares held by Hatched Creek Pty Ltd , 453,262 Edge Shares held by Biddle Partners Pty Ltd and 7,029 Edge Shares Biddle Partners Pty Ltd . 3. 194,870 Edge Shares held by John Alexander Young & Cheryl Kaye Young and 287,179 Edge Shares held by John Alexander Young & Cheryl Kaye Young and 56,410 Edge Shares held by Cheryl Kaye Young. 4. 1,282 Edge Shares held by Valerie Hodgins and Tracy Caspersz indirectly through Indorita Pty Ltd .

The Scheme meeting of Edge shareholders will be held at 1.30pm WST Perth on 20 October 2022 to consider and, if thought fit, approve the Scheme. The Scheme Booklet includes an Independent Expert’s Report from RSM Corporate Australia Pty Ltd, which concludes that the Scheme is fair and reasonable and, in the absence of a superior proposal, in the best interests of Edge shareholders. The Independent Expert’s conclusions should be read in context with the full Scheme Booklet.
