Trek Metals Limited ( ASX: TKM or the Company ) advises that 4,792,332 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ( Shares ) issued on 7 November 2022 as consideration for the acquisition of tenement E45/4640 will be released from voluntary restriction on 8 May 2023.
