RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the Company wishes to advise that 750,000 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 18 July 2021. These shares were issued as part of the acquisition of E45/5484 (Refer ASX Release 6 January 2021).
