Extension of closin date for Entitlement Offer g
The Board of Zambezi Resources Limited ( “ZRL” ) has decided to extend the closing date for the acceptance of applications for the 2 for 3 non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer announced on 20 August 2012 ( “Entitlement Offer” ).
The closing date for the Entitlement Offer is now 5.00pm (Perth time), Tuesday, 16 October 2012 .
The revised timetable for the remaining dates is set out below:-
