Rights Issue Allotment
Zambezi Resources Limited (ZRL) is pleased to confirm that it has completed an allotment and issue of 284,995,570 ordinary shares as part of the Rights Issue which closed on 16 October 2012 which raised $1,139,981 from existing shareholders under the Rights Issue.
The shortfall will be placed at the directors’ discretion in due course.
Details of the issued capital of the Company following the issue of the Rights Issue shares are as follows:-
