Amended A endix 3B pp
Zambezi Resources Limited (ASX: ZRL) ( Zambezi or the Company ) lodged an Appendix 3B with the ASX on 25 November 2011 in respect of its proposed Non-Renounceable Rights Issue announced on the same day.
Due to an oversight, Item 27 of the Appendix 3B lodged, referring to a date of notices sent to option holders was not completed correctly and should read 1 December 2011 and Item 33, referring to “Despatch date” did not contain the actual despatch date being 9 January 2012. This amended Appendix 3B now contains the correct information.
