Voting Rights and Capital

During the month of September 814 shares were allotted to Link Market Services Trustees Limited for dividends awarded under the Treatt plc Share Incentive Plan (SIP) and 100,000 shares were allotted to the Employee Benefit Trust. These allotments were satisfied via the Company's existing block listing arrangement. Therefore, Treatt's capital consists of 60,411,993 ordinary shares with voting rights. The number of shares held in the Employee Benefit Trust and Treatt SIP, under which voting rights are waived, is 643,345.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt is 59,768,648.

The above figure (59,768,648) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
