In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, the Company received notification on 23 December 2022 of the following transaction.
An award granted pursuant to the 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan ("2014 LTIP") to Daemmon Reeve, Chief Executive Officer, in 2019 vested at 76% of award on 14 December 2022, was subject to performance criteria based upon the average annual growth in pre-exceptional basic earnings per share over a three-year period, and has subsequently been exercised .
This exercise is detailed below, including the number of ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") sold by Daemmon Reeve at an average price of £6.07 per share to satisfy the tax and national insurance liabilities and administrative fees arising on exercise:
