Notification of Transactions of Directors

In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, the Company received notification on 6 January 2020 of the following transactions.

An award granted pursuant to the 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan ("2014 LTIP") to Daemmon Reeve, Chief Executive Officer, in 2016 vested in full on 12 December 2019, was subject to performance criteria based upon the average annual growth in pre-exceptional basic earnings per share over a three-year period, and has subsequently been exercised. 

This exercise is detailed below, including the number of ordinary share of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") sold by Daemmon Reeve at a volume weighted average price of £4.67 per share to satisfy the tax and national insurance liabilities and administrative fees arising on exercise:
