Treatt announces the completion of the transfer of 173,385 ordinary shares in the Company by Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, of which he is the sole beneficiary, from Alliance Trust Savings SIPP to Halifax Share Dealing Nominees SIPP.  The instruction for the transfer was given by Mr Hope on 4 January 2017.

The above transaction does not affect Mr Hope's total holding or the number of shares in which he is beneficially interested.
