Notification of a Transaction of a Director

Treatt announces that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, transferred 2,940 ordinary shares of the Company into his ISA, of which he is the sole beneficiary at a price of £1.86 per share. The shares are registered in the name of HSDL Nominees Limited.

The above transaction does not affect Mr Hope's total holding and shares in which he is interested, which stand at 199,520 shares being 0.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
