In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 9 June 2016 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, purchased 2,063 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of £1.76 per share. The shares, representing 0.004% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in his name.

Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total beneficial holding stands at 154,498 shares being 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
