Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 19 May 2016 that Tim Jones, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, has purchased 17,039 Ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 178p per share.  11,863 shares are registered in the name of Alpha Trustees Ltd and 5,176 in the name of Rock Nominees.

Following this purchase, which took place on 19 May, Tim Jones has a beneficial interest in 117,403 Ordinary shares of Treatt, being 0.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
