Notification of a Transaction by a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 10 December 2015 that Tim Jones, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, has purchased 15,191 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 164p per share.  The shares, which represent 0.029% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in the name of Alpha Trustees Ltd.

Following this purchase, which took place on 10 December, Tim Jones has a beneficial interest in 91,068 Ordinary shares of Treatt, being 0.173% of the issued share capital of the Company.
