Notification of Transactions of Directors

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 21 October 2015 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, had acquired 1,014 Ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 163.5p per share, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan.  The transaction took place on 20 October and the shares are registered in his name.

Following the transaction the total beneficial holding of Daemmon Reeve is 132,476 shares being 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 20 October 2015 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, had acquired 1,321 Ordinary shares of the Company, pursuant to dividend reinvestment plans as below:
