In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 3 July 2015 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, purchased 3,300 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of 164.0p per share. The shares, which represent 0.0063% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in the name of Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Limited.

Following this transaction Mr Hope's total beneficial holding stands at 170,335 shares being 0.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
