Notification of Transactions of Directors

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 13 April 2015 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, had acquired 1,929 Ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 147.0p per share, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan.  The transaction took place on 8 April and the shares are registered in his name.

Following the transaction the total beneficial holding of Daemmon Reeve is 125,304 shares being 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified on 13 April 2015 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, had acquired 31 Ordinary shares of the Company, pursuant to dividend reinvestment plans as below:
