Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 18 March 2015 that Tim Jones, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, has purchased 8,607 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 139.4p per share.  The shares, which represent 0.016% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in the name of Alpha Trustees Ltd.

Following this purchase, which took place on 18 March, Tim Jones has a beneficial interest in 75,877 Ordinary shares of Treatt, being 0.145% of the issued share capital of the Company.
