In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 8 January 2015 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, purchased 10,089 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of £1.379 per share. The shares, which represent 0.019% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in the name of Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Limited.

Following this transaction Mr Hope's total beneficial holding stands at 162,115 shares being 0.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.
