Notification of Transactions of Directors

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 22 October 2014 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, had acquired 831 Ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 136p per share, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan.  The transaction took place on 20 October.

Following the transaction the total beneficial holding of Daemmon Reeve is 93,316 shares being 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 23 October 2014 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, had acquired 1,296 Ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 136p per share, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan.  The transaction took place on 21 October.  The shares are registered in the name of Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Limited.

Following the transaction the total beneficial holding of Richard Hope is 149,321 shares being 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In accordance with paragraph 2(b) of the Model Code, these transactions are not subject to the close period.
