Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 3 October 2014 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, transferred 4,245 ordinary shares of the Company into his SIPP, of which he is the sole beneficiary at a price of £1.44 per share. The shares are registered in the name of Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Limited.

The above transaction does not affect Mr Hope's total holding and shares in which he is interested, which stand at 148,025 shares being 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.
