Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.(R), Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, notified the Company on 30 June 2014 that on that day he purchased 8,100 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of  175p per share.  The shares purchased represent 0.0002% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total holding stands at 89,310 shares being 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
