Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.(R), Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, notified the Company on 12 December 2013 that on that day he purchased 1,000 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of  710p per share.  The shares purchased represent 0.009% of the issued share capital of the Company. Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total holding stands at 15,944 shares being 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
