Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 31 May 2013 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, transferred 4,959 ordinary shares of the Company, in which he held the beneficial interest, from Caroline Reeve to himself, at nil consideration.  The transfer took place on 30 May 2013.

The above transaction does not affect Mr Reeve's total beneficial holding announced on 14 May, which stands at 13,856 shares being 0.132%of the issued share capital of the Company.
