Board Change

Treatt, the manufacturer and supplier of a diverse and sustainable portfolio of natural ingredients for the beverage, flavour and fragrance industries, announces that Jeff Iliffe has given notice that he wishes to step down from the Board on 25 February 2022. 

Jeff has made a considerable contribution to the Treatt Group during a period of strong growth of the business.  By the time he leaves he will have served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for nine years, after which point, he would no longer be classed as independent under the UK Corporate Governance Code.

Jeff commented "I would like to congratulate everyone at Treatt for the huge progress they have made over the period that I've been on the Board. The positive culture which has been developed is outstanding and has underpinned successful diversification into growing markets, and the delivery of a significant investment programme targeted at driving future growth. These are exciting times for the company and I look forward to their continued success."
