Board Change

Treatt plc, the manufacturer and supplier of ingredient solutions for the flavour, fragrance and FMCG industries, announces that Ian Neil will retire from the Board of Directors on expiry of his service contract at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on the 29th January 2016.

Having served as a Non-Executive Director for just over 6 years, Ian has made a significant contribution to the success of the Treatt Group during a period of positive change in the business.

Tim Jones, Chairman, commented "I would like to express the thanks of the Company and the Board to Ian for his contribution to the Treatt Group.  Having Ian's experience on the Board during the transitioning of the business has been invaluable.  We wish Ian and his family well for the future".
